Aviatrix Wall Fountain

Inspired by Ovid's book Metamorphosis, this wall fountain shows a woman merging in to the nest of a bird... or that is one interpretation of it. Some of our friends & clients have their own equally interesting or better takes on the piece. As with everything else in our studio, we can make this any size, shape, or variation on a theme. This particular wall fountain is 48" tall, 28" wide, & 6" deep. Elegant & mysterious, this is one that is great for quiet contemplation in almost any room in the house or even outdoors. Yes, it plugs in to any standard 110 outlet in your home. There is a pump that sits in the basin. Will it last? Will the color change? It is made from 16 gauge copper - the same as used in the Statue of Liberty. Some of them have 1/4" acrylic sheet too. They can go indoors or out & are clear coated to look just like you bought them for decades & decades. How much water do I have to add It depends on where you live. in desert areas, maybe twice a week. in less arid climates, about once a week. How do I hang it? Most of our fountains hang in two parts - the artwork from 2 d-rings on the back, & the basin with two screws. All of these are included. With larger fountains, they may need a few more screws, but that is it. How do I clean it? A soft cloth & Windex works great. How do custom orders work? It can be as simple as you needing a particular piece that you see here in a different size, or modified colors, or as complex as you giving us dimensions & concepts & we work together to create something that you & only you have for your special area.
