DealsNOffers respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. The product information shown on our Site is aggregated from third-party retailers and manufacturers. If you believe content displayed on dealsndoffers.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and we will respond promptly.
Filing a copyright notice
To be effective, your written notice must include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally the exact URL(s) on our Site.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send it
Send your notice to our designated contact at support@dealsndoffers.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Please allow a reasonable time for us to review and act on valid notices.
What we do with valid notices
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question within a reasonable time. Because much of our content is drawn automatically from retailer feeds, we may also take steps to prevent the same material from reappearing where practical.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, limit access for, or take other action against, parties who are the subject of repeated valid copyright notices.
