I think this original painting is from the 30's because of a "39" written in red ink on the canvas board & under original back paper (by carefully lifting up one edge you can see the "39"). You can see in the photos, the back shows the old age of the painting which adds to the 1930's era validity & has hand written "Elsiure Bourke" in pencil. According to my family member, this painting was purchased in Balboa Park area of San Diego in the late 1960's at a small "artist's coop" type store & this delightful original painting is a real gem & is ready for you to call it yours. 15x12 inches.
