Marked on base & the back of figure, #5247 Original paint remnants for a beautiful time worn patina. Great Shape, Strong spring. Bronze/ brass plated Cast Iron finish. The Judd Manufacturing Company started c1830 in Wallingford, Connecticut by Morton Judd.
