French Bronze Figural Frame, Cherub Grapevine Chateau Decor, Picture, Photo Frame Take a close look at the incredible detail of this piece. A wise old mythological man holding a magic wand, across from him is an ostentatious little cherub just hanging out. Detailed grapevines adorning all sides. Forest creatures include a playful little mole facing off a predator eagle on the other side. The verdigris seems as if it was professionally placed in all the right nooks & crannies. Such an artful display. Outstanding detail, heavy bronze with the perfect patina. Measures; 15" X 11.75" width. Photo size area is approx. 8.5" by 11". Weighing almost 3 pounds, quite a heavy piece. Condition is appropriate for it's age. There were 4 loops for hanging in the back (one on each corner). One of them looks as if it has come off & has been repaired, two of them are split, & one remains fully intact.
