Shipping Information: Free shipping is available if your gate stays within the listed measurements for the option you select. Gate Size Options: Option 1: Up to 36" wide & up to 32" tall. If no width is specified in your order, the gate will be made to fit 32" wide. Option 2: 36"-42" wide & up to 32" tall. If no width is specified in your order, the gate will be made to fit 36" wide. Height Specifications: The standard height for gates is 30". You may request a height of 32" without incurring extra charges. Anything taller than 32" will require additional payment before shipping. Custom Orders & Measurements: This gate is made to order. To prevent delays, include your measurements when ordering. If you are unsure whether this product will work for your space, send a picture & advice will be provided regarding compatibility & available options. Included Hardware: Hinges & latch are included with the gate but are not attached. Product Material Details/ Design Options: This item is a handmade dog or baby gate, crafted from pine & cabinet grade birch wood. It is designed to have a rustic barn door appearance with an "x" in the middle. You may also request a half "x" or no "x" at all. Information Needed for Ordering When ordering, please provide the following information in the 'notes to seller' box: Exact width of the opening where the gate will be placed. Clearance will be allowed, ranging from 1/2" to 3/4" for proper fit & function. Your preferred paint or stain color. If you need an exact color match, specify the brand & color number. If no finish is specified, gates will be delivered in raw natural wood. The basic brands of paint used are Valspar, Sherwin Williams, & Behr. Specialty paints are available for an additional charge. Refund Policy: There are no refunds on orders, as each gate is custom made to fit your space according to your specifications. Shipping & Insurance: All shipments are insured. As a small business, insurance helps recover costs in the unlikely event of shipment damage. The insurer requires pictures to file a claim. If there is shipping damage, please take the following pictures: 1.Outside of the box looking for visible damage. 2.Inside the box, showing wrapping & extra padding bumpers on the edges 3.A full picture of the damaged item & a close-up of the damage Because the insurer requires photos, claims cannot be filed without them. If you do not provide pictures, the gate will not be replaced, repaired, or refunded. Thank you for your cooperation. For lost items, the waiting period to file a claim is 21 days.
