Handsome antique cast brass door plate with exquisite detail. Entry door size. Large; about 10" x 2-5/16" with a 2-3/8" drop. Marked "5272 1/4". Incredible perimeter beading trim, with 2 sizes. Check out the pics. All cleaned up & ready to install! This is a fantastic, extraordinary ornate door plate. Regal! These antiques date back to the late 1800's-early 1900's & are as popular today as they were back when they were introduced, if not more so. They are very decorative, never out of style, & add elegance to even a plain, simple door. And, so much prettier & better - quality than those cheap-looking imported reproductions you see at some retail stores. As with all old, antique, vintage & pre-owned items, these may have some degree of visible wear, discoloration, dust, tarnish, etc, which is considered normal. Not like-new or perfect; however I see no issues & consider it to be in excellent vintage condition, consistent with age & use, but YOU be the judge.
