This beautifully crafted pewter Mezuzah, which is approximately 3 1/4 inches tall, is highlighted by Swarovski crystals. The ten commandments sparkle with ten topaz colored Swarovski crystals. The inside cavity is approximately 3" long. The shin is adorned with 3 Swarovski rhinestones. Makes a great house warming gift. This mezuzah case comes with a premium, upscale, certified kosher scroll (Klaf), written by an experienced Israeli Sofer(scribe) on a high quality parchment. The scroll, which is beautifully hand written, meets stringent standards of Kashrut. Each scroll is checked both by a second Sofer & by computer at a special institute in Jerusalem to ensure that the scroll is properly written & that there are no defects. The scroll is approximately 2 ½ inches tall & 3 ¼ inches wide. It is traditionally believed that the Mezuzah scroll protects the household members both physically & spiritually. Therefore, it is important that the scroll be clearly hand written by a professional scribe on a Kosher animal parchment. The scroll comes rolled & protected by plastic so that it is ready to be placed into the mezuzah case.
