A Gustavsberg "Carrara" vase designed by Wilhelm Kåge & hand-painted in 1953 by someone to us only known as EA. The decor in Asian style matches the form resembling old Chinese ginger jars. Height 12cm / 4,72 inches Diameter 10cm / 3,93 inches Algot Wilhelm Kåge, originally Nilsson, born March 6, 1889, died November 25, 1960 in Stockholm, was a celebrated Swedish artist, painter & ceramist. Kåge is famous for his work for Gustavsberg's porcelain factory, where he was the artistic leader 1917-1949. Good vintage condition. To our US customers, tariffs are included in the prices.
