It is Austrian-made, (though there are some who feel they are French) .... they were sold in Germany where they became bery popular. It is unmarked & in this series there were a number of different poses & there were male & female characters. It has the look of Don's Beachcomber, Trader Vic's, Mai Tai, & the significant beach TIKI-look This is a statuette of a hawaiian dancer somewhat in the style of Don's beachcomber in Hollywood from the 30s, 40s or 50s. ....it is fabulous for a home which has a Tiki-themed room or bar.
