This is a handmade collage on an actual 8 inch surfboard fin. It has a nice retro/rustic aesthetic that makes it a great display item. Elements includes acrylics, retro tiki line art, found imagery, 1950's travel brochures, pages from vintage Physics books, photo copies & layered transparency films from a 1940's Kodak picture booklet case. All with hand assembled with distressed details & amazing natural patina. Display it alone, frame it or include it with other elements for an interesting display composition.
