It withstands the extreme climatic conditions prevailing at altitudes of 1500 to 2000 meters & survives frosts down to minus 50oC. It can live up to 1000 years. Stone pine has a special power, which it passes on to us through the essential oils contained in its wood. in the Alpine region, stone pine has been used for centuries to build bedrooms. ???? Where does the cube come from? My brother & I make the dice ourselves. Our carpentry workshop is located near Mühldorf am Inn in Upper Bavaria. We source the wood from sustainable forests in Austria. ???? How is the cube made? in the first step, we saw & plane the raw wood into the shape of a cube. Then we sand the wood with a grit of up to 240 to obtain a smooth & soft surface. Finally, the design is engraved. We use a special milling cutter for this, not a laser as is usually the case.
