Seltzer Bottle, Unusual American Flag Graphics New York City Beverage Label, Vintage Laboratory Salvage

I think old seltzer bottles are wonderfully decorative. This one has some highly unusual & unique etched detail. The front of the bottle reads: "H. LUTZ NEW YORK" & the image at the center shows an American flag. I've seen a lot of seltzer bottles, & I've never seen anything like it. There is also a paper label adhered to the shoulder of the bottle, & the label reads "GOOD HEALTH MURRAY SHAPIRO 208 E. 56th St. Brooklyn." Usually the bottom of these bottle is embossed "Bottle Made in Czechoslovakia", but this one has a barely visible" 7" & a 'C' inside a square embossed on the bottom. The top silver plated spritzer part may not be original to this paricular bottle. The spritzer has embossing that says "KIMEL NUDALL B'KLYN 52". The little lever that you'd normally depress to make the bottle seltz moves up & down, so I'm not sure if the seltzer seltzes. The bottle measures 11" tall & it is 3 5/8" in diameter.
