Turned vase of Black Forest wood from the Black Forest of southwest Germany. Hand carved, 3D scene of a Schwarzwaldhaus, a German farmhouse that was commonly seen in the Black Forest region. Carefully painted mountain & forest landscape all around the vase, stamped on the bottom are two words that mean hand carved or craft & hand painted, to the best of my research. in very nice condition, from out of Texas, a lovely small vase. Great addition to a book shelf, on a desk, in the window of your kitchen among pots of herbs. The nature of vintage finds is that they are "preloved" & have vintage character, which makes many of my items unique.
