Definitely vintage - unsure of decade. From a home of professional musicians (church organists too) this pair of hinges has beautiful decorative imagery for everyday hardware. Hinge pin is in two pieces. See photos. Patina looks to have been polished away awhile ago - starting to reappear. Note slight bend of one hinge plate shown in photos.
