What I have pictured is: Top - First initial of the first name Front - First, middle, & last name Right - Date of birth, time of birth, birth weight, & length Back - Names of the parents Left - Week day of birth, city & state of birth. The foot print artwork can be changed as well Bottom - Special note from you. The custom baby block measures 2" x 2" x 2". It is made from cherry wood. It is sanded smooth to remove any sharp edges. It will come in its own cotton muslin bag & is ready to go on display for years to come. There are six sides that can be custom engraved & personalized just for you!
