In this romantic, Oscar-nominated musical, a successful movie star sends her teenage daughter to a Swiss boarding school to conceal her true age. The daughter copes with the sudden change by dreaming up a dashing, globe-trotting father. Her new friends are enthralled by her exciting descriptions of daddy's adventures, but eventually get skeptical and demand to meet this marvelous man.
