Do not use washing products containing harsh chemicals. Soak the garment for a few minutes. Take it out & press out the excess water. Do not wring. Change the water & rinse your wool again. Repeat rinsing until the water remains clean. Gently press out the garment & lay it flat on a fresh towel. Roll the garment into a towel to absorb the excess water.
