The top of the dress is a stretchy crochet tutu dress top & is covered in Black feathers that provides full coverage in the front. The skirt part of the dress is made With lots of tulle for a full & fun look. A unique finish to the tulle makes the ends of the dress pointy & super cute. Please send me your child's measurements in a message or notes at checkout. I will need the following: -Chest measurement (around the bust) -Length from armpit to belly button -Length from belly button to knees The headband is handmade with black feathers & a sparkly rhinestone.
