Rail-Mount Single Instrument Pod (Pre-Cut) - Fits 1" - 1.33" Rails

Current sailboat designs often have very open cockpits with few options for installing retrofitted instruments. The Scanpod Rail-Mount Single Instrument Pod gives you the option to fit smaller displays and instruments directly onto a standard or curved rail, in a position that suits you. The pod is designed to fit pedestal rails from 0.98" to 1.33" (25mm to 33.7mm). Cables are routed internally through the clamp and onto the rail. The pod seal is manufactured from a high-tear-strength silicone with a very high resistance to heat and UV, so you can have confidence that it won't deteriorate over time. The pod is supplied pre-cut with a 3.6" (91mm) diameter hole to accept all major brands of standard-sized instrument heads. Model#: SPR-1I-RM.
