Facsimile 3, pp64 bound in light brown cloth, 64 pages. Facsimile 4, pp88, bound in brown Hessian cloth with hand-sewn dark brown leather edging, page edges stained brown. Also included are Commentary volume by Marije Vellekoop and Renske Suijver, bound in light-brown paper with a paper cover label. Looking Over the Artist's Shoulder leaflet, Inside Van Gogh's Sketchbooks, pp12 bound in light-brown paper with cover title label and a Light-brown card folder containing 14 loose leaves in the collection of the Van Gogh Museum.
