One of 120 numbered copies on hand-made paper (of 200). 12mo. Quarter cloth with decorative paper-covered boards, the upper board and spine with title labels affixed. 48pp. With the cover and the decorations designed by Paul Nash, and distinct from Aldington's publication also called 'Images of War' which was published in the same year by George Allen & Unwin. Spotted to the edges and outer leaves for the most part, the front free endpaper slightly edgeworn, outwardly somewhat rubbed and moderately scratched, the corners gently bumped, the spine label abraded but legible on the whole, and the red of the upper board faded though still in colour. A Very Good copy.
