Very firm bindings with no splits or loose pages; a little light staining to a few of the spines only and one heavy scuff to a single spine (Emma II); Attractive blue marbled end papers; neat contemporary previous owner's mark to top edge of blank front end papers before the title pages. Frontispieces of Jane Austen or full-page illustrations with tissue guards. Title pages printed in blue and gold. Tight text blocks with a little spotting to early pages.
