Limp vellum binding with gilt titles to spine and front board blind stamped with "Soul is Form" around a rose, in very good+ condition with a few small marks to front board. Inside a very faint odd spot of foxing to the tissue paper guards between all pages, leaving the vellum pages themselves in beautiful near fine condition. An excellent copy of this limited edition, Very scarce in this condition.
