Published in the U.S. under the title, A ROVING COMMISSION. This is a very good copy of the Second Printing of the First Edition in publisher Thornton Butterworth's Keystone Library reprint series. The Keystone Library was Butterworth's budget imprint; it reproduced First Edition-replica volumes at affordable prices.The original, striking dust jacket, is here unclipped and just moderately age-darkened. The binding, which is virtually a duplicate of the First English Edition, is in beautiful condition, perhaps a touch faded, else fine.
