Signed and beautifully inscribed by the author on the title page around the time of publication: For David, with gratitude for all your invaluable assistance. Very sincerely, Wilbur. 19th March 1974 . Provenance: David was a pilot in the South African airforce and flew mirage jets. He gave Wilbur technical advice for the book.
