Light bend to text block from magazine being stored under uneven pressure. Interior is clean and unmarked. Binding is firm with no creases or cracks. An excellent copy of the scarce first issue of Mirage magazine. Mirage was founded by Henrik Purienne and Frank Rocholl in 2009, and according to Rocholl, it was 'inspired by the photographic aesthetic and hedonistic culutre of the 1960s abd 1970s.' The magazine has gone on to win several awards, and this particular volume features the photography of Emir Eralp, Thomas Giddings, Jimmy Hansen, Mark Hunter, Xandre Kriel, Cameron Krone, Nico Krijno, Jonathan Leder, Sjoukje Maria, Birgitta Martin, Julie Pike, Fabrizio Rainone, Eli Schmidt, Jolin Snijders, Klaus Thyman, Toni Torres, and Chatwick Tyler.
