He was one of the leading engravers in Rubens's workshop and known for his detailed and expressive portrait engravings.Biography artist: Peter Paul Rubens (1577 1640) was a prolific Flemish Baroque painter, draughtsman, and diplomat. He maintained a large studio in Antwerp and was renowned for his Counter-Reformation altarpieces, portraits, landscapes, and historical paintings. Condition: good, given age.
