Bolton, James Cooper, Edward Dalziel, George Dalziel, G. De Wilde, W. Green, H. Harral, Henry Leighton, W. Murden, G. Pearson, and Joseph Swain, after E. Armitage, John Flaxman, C. Keene, M. Lawless, John Leighton, S. Marks, et al. The illuminated title page is printed in red and black, with numerous page decorations throughout the text. In the publisher's dark green morocco-grain cloth binding designed by John Leighton, with beveled boards; with a pointed oval red flat-weave cloth onlay, gilt-stamped, over-stamped, and blind-stamped ornamental borders and strapwork, with trefoil devices, heraldic ornaments, vignette of an angel with wings forming a lyre, motto border, and titling on the front and rear panels; and gilt-stamped ornamental strapwork, trefoil devices, heraldic ornaments, pointed ovals and panels, and titling on the spine.
