Vanishingly scarce, with only one record found on auction from 1912.Unbound, comprising eight hand-coloured etched prints and an additional hand-coloured title print. Held in the original quarter cloth portfolio, with protective tissue. Depicting the following views of 18th-century Marylebone: 'Mary le bon Church in 1750'; 'Plan of Mary le bon Gardens from Rocque's Map. 1746'; 'The North Front of the 'Yorkshire Stingo' Tea Gardens of Marylebone 1764'; 'View of the Farthing Pie House afterwards the Green Man Public House 1780'; 'The Queen's Head & Artichoke Inn, Marylebon Park. 1796'; 'Jews Harp, Tea Gardens Marylebone Park, 1794'; 'The Old Rose of Normandy Tavern, High St. Marylebone, Formerly the Entrance to Marylebon Gardens'; 'A View of St. Mary le Bone from the Bason'. Unbound, comprising eight hand-coloured etched prints and an additional hand-coloured title print. Held in the original quarter cloth portfolio, with protective tissue lining the inside. Externally, with spotting and rubbing to the portfolio. Prints are generally bright and clean, with offsetting and spots to the front title print and only light spots to the prints themselves.
