Little biographical information survives, but she was active in Paris and engraved after well-known artists.Biography artist: Angelica Kauffman (1741 1807) was a Swiss-English painter and founding member of the Royal Academy in London. A major figure in Neoclassicism, known for historical and allegorical compositions. Condition: very good, given age. Trimmed, but plate clear. Paper loss in top left corner, backed. Damage in top right corner. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
