One of about twenty-six lettered copies (this copy unlettered) signed by Ray Bradbury on the publisher's tipped-in sheet. Also signed by illustrator Glenn Chadbourne and editors Peter Crowther and William F. Touponce. A Fine copy in like dust jacket and clamshell case. A nightmarish carnival visits a small Midwestern town, sending two teen boys on a journey to confront dark and evil temptations. Bradbury's pioneering dark fantasy novel was adapted into the 1983 film of the same name, and influenced writers including Stephen King (who analyzed the novel at length in his 1981 book Danse Macabre) and Neil Gaiman. This edition publishes both Something Wicked This Way Comes (1962) and the story "The Black Ferris," first published in Weird Tales in 1948, from which the novel was adapted. This is the second edition by PS Publishing, which first issued the novel in 2008; the tipped-in sheet was presumably signed by Bradbury (1920 - 2012) at that time. Fine in Fine dust jacket.
