First edition volumes of the author's classic titles; "Sincerely Yours" published in 1937 by Prairie Press of Muscatine, IA and "Pictures on My Wall" published by The University of Kansas Press in 1945. Both volumes are inscribed and signed by the author, and the earlier work is also flat signed on the dedication page. Laid into the first title, and mostly in a separate box, are a number of ephemeral items including seven post cards with the image of "The Brown Cot." (aka 711 W. 12th St, Lawrence, Kansas), all signed and all but one with writing; About 20 pages of writing in six letters by the author; Ten cards/post cards with writing by the author; Two typed/printed poems signed by the author; Two copies of her obituary; and numerous other clippings, letters, etc. General light wear, though overall mostly clean and intact materials.
