Colour portrait frontispiece, 41 engraved plates with captioned tissue guards, title page printed in red and black. Contemporary red half morocco by Bickers & Son, spine lettered in gilt, gilt in compartments, pink cloth sides, royal crest to covers in gilt, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt, others uncut. Very light rubbing, cloth sides a little soiled. A very good copy.
