Part of Heinlein's ''future history'' series, first published as a two-part serial in Astounding Science Fiction in 1941 as ''Universe'' and ''Common Sense.''. A Gollancz File Copy: page edges a little browned, a little browning to part of front free endpaper, else a fine copy in a near fine dustjacket with three tiny nicks along top edges, and "File Copy" stamped on rear panel and also at the front, covering both the front flap and front paste-down.
