Castle Wall Step Up

Built to order, usually ships in 10-14 days. This castle wall stands 11.25" tall, is 22" wide & 11.75" deep. The archways are 6" across & 7.5" tall. This size works great for small to medium sized rabbits, or any rabbit less than 8lbs. This item is designed to work with our castle system. It can be combined with a double castle, single castle, or be used on it's own. It's a great alternative to ramps which many bunnies find awkward to use. This is part of our castle system. Please see the last photo, this product is "C". This listing is for the castle wall step up only. Each item is sold separately. The top has grooves to provide traction. We prefer to not put carpet on our products since some bunnies will chew on them & ingest the fibers. Adjustable feet come standard on all castle products. This product currently ships fully assembled, which is why the shipping is so high. We're working on a flat-packed option that should reduce the shipping by half. It is constructed from kiln dried, sustainably harvested lumber in our workshop in Memphis, TN. All exposed edges have been routed or sanded to prevent splinters & discourage chewing, but since it's kiln dried pine it's safe to chew on! We prefer to construct our products from natural lumber instead of plywood for several reasons. Natural Lumber is more resistant to moisture, it breaks into small pieces if chewed on instead of large splinters, & it is much more durable. We've used the same items for years with several rabbits, & they've never destroyed a product. If your bunny is a chewer, they can make their way through thin plywood quickly. We also think natural lumber looks nicer, even if there might be knots or dings. While we think natural wood is a better alternative, we understand some will still prefer plywood castles, & that's ok. We would caution buyers to not choose structures made of MDF (common in cat habitats), as these products can be deadly if chewed on by bunnies.
