Outer wrappers (only) are rubbed and edgeworn, else internally text block is mildly age toned but quite clean and tight; ownership signature on title page, on tipped-in "Recent Street Name Changes" leaf and on foldout map. Attractive and quite handleable "New Edition" of this information-packed pocket street guide that (according to subtitle) is "Showing Suburban Railroads, Office Buildings, Street Numbers, Elevated Lines, Restaurants, Bus Routes, Golf Clubs, Theaters, Airports, Museums, Hotels and Other Places of Interest." The all-important and often-absent foldout map is present and fairly nice: There is one 6" and one 3" stain from long-ago tape and a few other small expert archival reinforcements at fold intersections, but overall an exceptionally nice and detailed map. A difficult title to find with map present and in decent condition -- even the orange "Recent Street Name Changes" addendum leaf is there.
