Items are microwave & dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the pieces. -Swanky Ceramics is proud to continuously donate bowls to shelters across the country to raise money for pets in need. SHIPPING & ExCHANGES - Items ship from 1-2 weeks. All items ship to the address provided by the customer. If items require to be shipped again, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment. We use UPS & USPS. -Contact us for local pickup options if you are in the greater Denver area & are interested in picking up your bowls.
