The Original - Gussie Lookout

The Gussie Lookout is a precision laser cut upper level extension to our modular castle items. Simply attach the Gussie Lookout to the Abbie Manor, Abbie Estate, Abbie Corner or Lilly Pad (SOLD SEPARATELY. Item listing images with The Manor, Corner, Estate, Lilly Pad, Ramps or Connecting Bridges are only for demonstration purposes). This item is NOT designed to be a stand alone item, it requires the interlocking support from The Manor, Corner, Estate or Lilly Pad to stay together. With this addition of The Gussie Lookout, the footprint of your Manor, Estate or Lilly Pad will double. This creates an additional safe place to hide, eat, sleep & explore, enriching your furry ones experience. Access is gained by using the Ramp or Connecting Bridge (sold separately). Constructed with either Oak or Maple plywood (depending on source availability) & fleece (1) for the quick access roof. There are no hardware or tools required to assemble this product, it is a hook & latch system for the sides & roof fleece. The Gussie Lookout interlocks to the lower item securely. Dimensions: Abbie Manor Option: W 10" inches x L 11" inches x H 10" inches. Fleece Pad Dimensions: W 13 1/4" inches x L 13" inches. Abbie Estate / Lilly Pad Option: W 18" inches x L 11" inches x H 10" inches. Fleece Pad Dimensions: W 20 5/8" inches x L 13" inches. Please check your habitat for fit before purchasing. Made proudly in our own workshop Shipping Consolidation & Partial Reimbursement We've struggled with the way Etsy calculates the shipping on multiple items. Often we can ship multiple items together & adjust the weight with a revised cost, which is cheaper. What we are doing in these cases, is including a check in the shipment for the difference of what you paid & the cost of shipping the items. We think this is the right thing to do for our customers. Our little furry girl herd of 16 love lounging, eating or passing through The Gussie Lookout. The idea came as we wanted to give them another fun spot to explore, exercise & relax in aside from the various tunnels & Castle items already in their cage.
