Like you might see in a felt activity book, each piece of food is handmade to appear as lifelike as possible (just watch out that your dog doesn't get confused thinking his / her new costume is a realistic dog toy!). The Barkuterie Board can be customized to the size & any custom charcuterie board preferences of your dog & attaches simply via 2 collars (one around the neck, one around the girth / chest). This costume is made primarily out of felt, so it is soft & comfortable enough for your dog to wear yet durable enough to stand up to all of your Howl-o-ween celebrations! Not to mention it can double as a handmade art piece after Howl-o-ween. Looking for matching dog & owner clothes? Try a bottle of wine (Cabernet Paw-vignon) & / or a wine glass (see photo #9 for our versions) for the perfect accompanying Halloween Couple Costume! Note: I absolutely love making Barkuterie Board costumes, but they are EXTREMELY time consuming (6-10+ hours depending on the size) as every piece is hand cut, glued, & painted. As such, I have had to make the difficult decision to significantly increase the price of the costume. Backstory: in 2021, I signed my dog, Olaf, up for a Halloween Dog Costume Contest at our local brewery. The prize for 1st place was that the brewery would brew a special beer named after the winning dog, sold in a can featuring the winning dog's likeness, so I was VERY incentivized to come up with something creative & different. Enter: Olaf's Barkuterie Board costume (see photo #8 for Olaf posing in his original costume next to his 1st place medal), & soon after, "Olaf Beer".
