We have always put a big focus on our testing process, which has been a very large part of our success. After we construct our prototypes, we install them in our home for a six-month period to see how our cats use the furniture & look for opportunities to improve the design prior to production. ❤For the first six years, we did all the design, woodwork, staining, & assembly ourselves, but as demand grew we had to expand into working with production partners to keep up with orders. Today, we design, prototype, & test all concepts at our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Once the designs are finalized, we work with manufacturing partners located in Michigan, India, & China. The raw parts are shipped to our shop in Grand Rapids
