This Gold Gem Dog Collar is so shiny! This is made with tiny gold "gems" that are backed in oatmeal colored felt & then attached to a black collar & lined with black felt on the inside. Please note this isn't adjustable due to the decoration. They are 1 inch in width. You MUST measure your pet's neck before placing an order. The collars do not adjust, so an accurate neck measurement is needed. To measure: Use a soft measuring tape & place it where you would like the collar to rest on your pet's neck, leave room for a finger or 2 so it's not too tight! If you are unsure on a size, please message me! I do allow collar exchanges for a fee of $10 (a brand new collar must be made). Collars being returned for an exchange must be in the same condition as they were when they were sent out. Collars that are worn/missing stones/have hair on them will not be accepted for an exchange. Exchanges are only for collars that are the same style, different styles cannot be swapped out. Collars must be sent back within 60 days of the purchasing date. NO ExCEPTIONS. All collars are made to order & I am happy to accommodate half sizes if need be. If you are measuring your pet's CURRENT QUICK RELEASE BUCKLE COLLAR, please measure from buckle tip to buckle tip (include both buckles in measurement) I always encourage customers to send me a picture if they are unsure!! Returns & exchange details: Unfortunately we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless our product has been grossly misrepresented. I ask that customers please keep in mind that each piece has hours of work put into design & manufacturing. Halloween Costume items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or the wrong item has been sent. Custom orders cannot be returned. Items listed as "wedding" cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays. If your item has been damaged in the mail please send me pictures & we can further discuss options. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me! in the rare case that an item must be returned, a 25% restock fee will be charged, meaning the customer will receive 75% of the returned item's value, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
