This leash sleeve is designed to help you advocate for your dog's needs while out in public. Not every dog wants to be pet & that is okay. Knowing what it is your dog needs will help you both to have a more enjoyable walk outside. Leash Sleeve Dimensions are 9"x3" with velcro on the sides & bottom to keep it in place. The statement on each sleeve is printed on both sides. The fabric is a waterproof canvas material that can take a rigorous beating on the leash. Common text examples: Nervous Rescue Dog: To help others to take it slow around your new dog I AM BLIND: Is in yellow to assist in a slower approach towards your dog so that they can be invited to sniff them. I AM DEAF: Is in yellow to assist in a slow approach, although your dog can see them they may need extra time to check their surroundings. NOT DOG FRIENDLY: Is in yellow your dog may not be reactive to other dogs but may be older & not really interested in playtime anymore. I NEED SPACE: Is in yellow to show that a slower approach is needed & it would be helpful to give your dog the room that they need to navigate the situation. DOG REACTIVE: Is in yellow to show fellow dog owners that it is not the human your dog is worried about but their dog.
