There are 4 holes for making adjustments. Bells are included. A general rule of thumb for sizing is if your cat is under 13 lbs select the 10" Collar .. if over, select the 12" Collar. I do a breakaway collar, not a quick release collar. These have a buckle (like a belt buckle) closure .. there is a connection with elastic that will break away if your kitten or cat should get caught on something. Note, measuring is best to be sure!
