16 in. Filet Blade Knife

Blade measuring at 7" long and forged in Italy from Ausonia's ancient manufacturing tradition, this stainless steel blade is to last and would make a great addition to any active fishers kit or to any household kitchen in general. The blade features a slight curve to accompany the shape of the object being cut and the edge is razor sharp with a serration pattern at the base near the handle which makes it perfect for filleting a variety of meats. In addition this blade comes in a sturdy plastic sleeve that has a snap in grip that will comfortable hold the blade, but yet still allows for easy removal when needed.
