We started with replacing all of the plastic and rubber with a more robust construction of mandrel-bent aluminum and 5-layer heat resistant silicone couplers to ensure a sturdy and long-lasting connection to and from the intercooler. We also reduced the amount of bends on top of increasing the piping diameter to 2.5 inches together equating to a 30% increase in air flow making these the perfect combination with an aftermarket tune.
