Vintage Wooden Rocking Horse- Traditional American - Handcrafted-Amish Style -Photography Props Vintage large wooden traditional American handcrafted rocking horse. This gorgeous horse is well built, with Amish stylings & attention to detail in the construction. The horse is dark brown with a brown mane & tail, & is no longer mounted on rockers. This horse is sturdy & well designed. Capable of multiple uses: a piece of home decor, a child's toy, photography prop, theatre props, etc. The horse weighs 21 lbs & measures 3 feet long from head to tail. Standing 28" high, 19" at the shoulder, & 17" in the rear. The body measures 7 1/2" wide, front & back, & features a wide, sturdy saddle. This horse is in excellent vintage condition, & is sure to last a long time. The bottoms of his hooves have mounting holes from attachment to a rocker, & there are chips in the wood at the bottom of a couple of its hooves. A letter K is "branded" (written) on the back left leg- possibly a child's initial- oh the mystique of it all! Ha- would make a perfect name for the horse- Mystique.
