First Edition thus, with an original photo dust jacket of actress Charlotte Henry in the 1933 Paramount live action pre-code star-studded film adaptation. Dozens of Interior line illustrations by Hume Henderson, who also illustrated two earlier Reader's Library Alice Editions in 1928 & 1932. This film tie-in variation is not in the Lovett bibliography. No internal movie stills. Very Good in a Very Good used dust jacket, exceedingly rare; this is the first time we have handled this particular Alice in thirty years of seeking and selling Lewis Carroll books and artwork.
