Each wig is individually handcrafted & produced to order this is not a ready-to-ship item. PRODUCTION & TIMELINE Standard production requires a minimum of 10 business days, with most orders arriving within 2-6 weeks depending on design complexity & studio volume. During peak periods, handling time may be extended. If Express, Expedited, or Priority Delivery is selected, that service level will apply to both handling & transit time accordingly. Standard shipping follows this production window & does not operate on a fixed arrival date. To accommodate time-sensitive orders, a shipping upgrade is required. IMPORTANT TERMS All sales are final due to the custom nature of the work & health regulations. Pursuant to California Civil Code §1723(b), wigs & hairpieces are exempt from return requirements. Materials are immediately allocated & reserved upon purchase & cannot be returned to the studio. For that reason, cancellations are not permitted; approved emergency cancellations carry a mandatory 50% restocking fee. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Orders ship in insulated packaging designed to maintain form in transit. Display heads obstruct safe shipment & are not included. International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or related fees charged by the destination country upon arrival. These government charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost & remain the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments may also require additional processing time while clearing customs. Carrier delays are outside of the atelier's control. A FINAL NOTE All styles arrive ready to wear. Lace fronts are pre-cut unless otherwise requested. Each design is handcrafted using the model image as artistic reference; subtle variation is part of the atelier process. Appearance may vary based on fit & individual styling. Minor styling adjustments such as brushing, shaping, or light product may be used to personalize the final look once worn.
