Alternating hands and working from the centre outwards, perform horizontal smoothing movements on the following areas: 1. On the forehead: from the midline of the face outwards. 2. On the cheeks: from the nose out to the ears. 3. Around the mouth: from the edges of the lips to the angle of the jaw. 4. Below the jawline: from the chin out to the ears, then downwards to the collarbone.
